Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

As an Drone Pilot, He/She will operate and maintain unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for various applications. He/She will be involved in conducting aerial surveys, inspections, and data collection missions. With a focus on safety and precision, you will contribute to the success of our drone operations, providing valuable insights and data for our clients and projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with customers, potential prospects and related stakeholders to gain their requirements from the beginning and act as technical point of contact until the completion of projects
  • Support data processing team for post-mission processing, including AI-driven analysis improvement
  • Support company's international standard certification process in related technical and operations fields and maintain and ensure all operations comply with the standard
  • Maintain all UAV equipment in good condition and ready for flight operation, including UAV maintenance, license and insurance
  • Perform UAV flight operations as assigned
  • Demonstrate a commitment to improve and comply with SHE policy and environmental regulations as well as labor law

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 4+ years of experience in unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV)
  • Basic Aeronautical knowledge
  • Proficient in controlling both multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAVs in manual mode
  • Familiar with several UAV brands, including but not limited to the DJI Matrice series, DJI Inspire series, DJI Mavic series, Flyability, and EBee.
  • Familiar with DJI GSPRO, PIX4D or any UAV mission planners.
  • Good understanding of air law, flight safety, operating requirements, aircraft performance and flight operations
  • Completion of unmanned aircraft system training course certified by CAAT, or another aviation authority will be an advantage
  • Have a driving license.
  • Be able to work overtime (if required)
  • Be able to travel upcountry and internationally for field operations
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
