We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to be outsourced to our client.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and improve digital experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Design and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs with a strong focus on customer-facing and e-commerce experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) standards and responsive design best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders while keeping up with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
- Experience in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects.
- Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience with strong customer-facing and e-commerce product experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with design systems, user research, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion design, or Agile methodology is an added advantage.
