Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Technical Lead with 6-8+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the UiPath ecosystem, strong technical leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience managing UiPath infrastructure, platform administration, and enterprise-scale automation delivery. 

This role will lead automation initiatives from solution design through deployment and support, while ensuring platform stability, security, scalability, and adherence to enterprise governance standards. 

Requirements/Responsibilities 

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade UiPath automation solutions.  
• Define automation architecture and technical standards across automation programs.  
• Conduct solution assessments and provide recommendations for automation feasibility and implementation approaches.  
• Review solution designs, code quality, and development best practices.  
• Drive adoption of reusable components, frameworks, and automation assets. 
• Support delivery teams in resolving complex technical challenges. 
• UiPath Platform & Infrastructure Management 
• Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure UiPath environments. 
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and disaster recovery planning. 
• Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity utilization.  
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application-level issues.  
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking teams. 

Experience 

• 8+ years of experience in RPA and Intelligent Automation.  
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.  
• Minimum 2+ years in Technical Lead or Solution Architect capacity.  
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise automation programs. 

Location – Noida 

Mode of Work - Hybrid (weekly thrice/twice office, rest days work from home)
