We're hiring a UK Admissions Consultant who believes great guidance can change a student's life. You'll work directly with high school students navigating the U.K. college application process helping them craft compelling UCAS personal statements, build standout profiles, and secure places at top UK universities. We're looking for someone who knows the UK system inside-out, thrives on seeing young people grow, and brings firsthand experience of what it takes to gain admission to Britain's most competitive universities.

What You'll Drive
- Application Counseling Manage UK application cases end-to-end via the UCAS system, owning each student's strategy from university shortlisting to final submission.
- Personal Statement Coaching Guide students through the UK personal statement process a single high-stakes essay that requires a distinct approach from U.S. applications.
- Interview & Admissions Test Prep Prepare students for Oxbridge interviews, subject-specific admissions tests (UCAT, LNAT, MAT, etc.), and competitive program requirements.
- Profile & Mentorship Provide 1-on-1 mentoring on A-level subject choices, academic enrichment, and extracurriculars that align with UK admissions expectations.
- Operational Excellence Keep counseling programs running smoothly and uphold EduSmith's standards without needing hand-holding on execution.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree from a top U.K. university (Russell Group preferred)
- Hands-on experience with the UCAS application system and deep familiarity with UK admissions processes across disciplines
- Strong personal statement writing and coaching ability, with excellent command of written English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills you can mentor, motivate, and build trust with high school students
- Passion for personal development and experience leading initiatives, whether in organizations or personal projects
- Bonus: direct experience in elite UK admissions, working with high-achieving students, or a background in education (e.g. school counselor, teacher, academic advisor)
