Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Raman where some work-from-home flexibility is available. As a UK Voice Process Executive, your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, resolving customer inquiries effectively, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves handling calls, understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience through clear and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to deliver exceptional assistance to clients
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with customers
- Experience in promoting Customer Satisfaction and handling inquiries with empathy and patience
- Ability to apply Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English with a clear UK accent for seamless communication with clients
- Basic technical knowledge of communication tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
- Previous experience in a voice process role is preferred
