About the Job
Unilever Manufacturing Accelerator Program (UMAP) is about developing tomorrow's Engineering & Production professionals - today. This unique 24month program is designed to build factoryready talent by providing real responsibilities from day one, giving you handson exposure to worldclass manufacturing systems and an opportunity to make an impact on our factory performance, through deep technical learning, structured rotations, and close mentorship from leaders to accelerate your readiness to step into key roles within our factories.
What Will You Be Doing
You will take responsibility for meaningful work and improvement projects across three structured rotations over 24 months, gaining exposure across key factory functions:
1. Process Engineering (Core Rotation)
You'll dive deep into how our products are made, understand key processes and improve quality & efficiency.
2. Maintenance & Reliability (Core Rotation)
You'll learn how equipment works inside-out, eliminate chronic stops, support technicians to solve breakdowns to improve machine reliability.
3. Automation or Production (Elective Rotation - based on your interest & business needs)
Production: You'll be close to people, performance, and the rhythm of the line - supporting shift routines, safety, and daily problem-solving.
Automation: You'll dive into PLC, SCADA and automation projects to build digital and smart factories.
What Do We Look For
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, Chemical, or related fields)
Graduates with 0-2 years of experience with at least 1 internship experiences
Strong analytical & problemsolving capability
Passion for manufacturing, technology, digital systems, and continuous improvement
Ability to work in our Minburi Factory (Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)
Good command of English and Thai
