Process Engineer is responsible for the process stability at the assigned areas. The process engineer must perform problem-solving analysis to improve the process in terms of
safety, quality and efficiency and look for the opportunity to transform the process to be a scalable platform for future growth.
Our Team
You will be working closely with the Production Shift Team and reporting directly to the Production Performance Manager in our Rayong plant.
What You Will Do
- Initiative and driven on safety, quality, efficiency in long term sustainability.
- Coach, supervise and coordinate with all concerns to achieve production goals.
- Capable to encourage team to deliver more contribution base on their individual talent.
- Initiative and develop team to have higher skill for more value creation.
- Lead a problem solving with analytical skill.
- Optimize the furnace and tin bath energy consumption and the defect rates.
- Optimize the changeover activities.
- Taking care of the machine and asset condition in the hot end area.
- Applying MBM guiding principles and frameworks in all activities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related fields.
- Experienced as a Process Engineer in the heavy industry for at least 3 years, familiar with hot work environment is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-based environment.
- Detail-orientation and good analytical skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to communicate at different levels in English and Thai.
- Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and a team player.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Minitab experience & Statistics knowledge is a plus.
