Upstream Process Engineer (EE) - Ratchaburi-based, SCGP

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Upstream Engineer to support process technology and digitalization initiatives for packaging manufacturing operations. The role focuses on applying AI, Machine Learning (ML), and process control technologies to improve machine stability, optimize raw material and energy usage, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and co-develop with the production department or our internal Packaging Material Technology department about a data analytics concept that can enhance the machine stability, raw material and energy saving opportunities by using ML/DL to actively detect or predict the operation by ML and recommend the best solution from customer pain points.

2. Data management and generate a data analytics platform that can visualize as an analytic dashboard and benchmarking by using customer needs

3 Design DCS programming logic control for enhancing process control performance to improve machine stability, raw material and energy saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Bachelor GPAX > 2.70)
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English (TOEIC > 550)
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for data analysis, process improvement, or automation applications.
• Willing to work onsite at Ban Pong, Ratchaburi .
