Job Description

Key KPI: Qualified submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and time-to-fill positions.

  • Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals, Job Diva,LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Review job requirements and match candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client needs.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and work authorization.
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Negotiate pay rates and manage the offer process through candidate acceptance.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate pipelines, and achieve hiring targets.
  • Prior experience supporting Big 4 consulting clients is highly preferred.
