Administrative TasksRecruiter with 6 months to 3 years of IT/functional requirement experience.
Strong W2 recruiting skills focused on Green Card holders and U.S. citizens.
Familiarity with H1B visa processes is preferred.
Source and screen candidates effectively.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Thorough understanding of various tax terms and work authorizations.
Excellent knowledge of U.S. geography.
Outstanding communication skills (10/10).
Dynamic personality and cultural fit are essential.
Outspoken and engaging individuals are preferred for the role. A true team player who can work in an agile environment.
