We deliver test-preparation courses and personalized guidance for students seeking admission to boarding schools, undergraduate programs, and graduate degrees overseas. We're hiring a Boarding School Admissions Counselor who genuinely enjoys working with younger students and believes that finding the right school environment can shape a child's entire trajectory. You'll work directly with Grade 7–9 students and their families navigating the competitive U.S. and U.K. boarding school application process — from identifying the right school fit, to crafting compelling applications, to preparing students for interviews. We're looking for someone patient, warm, and structured, who can build trust with both students and parents throughout what is often a family's first major international education decision.

What You'll Drive
- Application Counseling – Manage boarding school application cases end-to-end, guiding G.7–9 students and their families from school research and shortlisting through to final submission
- Essay & Interview Coaching – Help younger students find and articulate their voice — crafting age-appropriate essays and building the confidence to shine in admission interviews
- School Fit & Strategy – Advise families on school selection across U.S. and U.K. boarding options, matching each student's academic profile, personality, and goals to the right environment
- Parent Communication & Relationship Management – Serve as the main point of contact for families, keeping parents informed, aligned, and confident throughout the process
- Operational Excellence – Keep counseling programs running smoothly and uphold EduSmith's standards without needing hand-holding on execution
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable U.S. or U.K. university
- Familiarity with U.S. and U.K. boarding school admissions processes, application requirements, and school landscapes
- Strong writing and coaching ability, with excellent command of written English
- Experience managing parent relationships with clarity and professionalism
- ⭐ Bonus: direct experience with international school systems, or personal/professional background in U.S. or U.K. boarding schools (as a student, educator, or counselor)
