Job Summary:
The Department Manager, JAI by ONESIAM is responsible for driving member acquisition, activation, engagement, and commercial value creation for the JAI by ONESIAM community, with a primary focus on Young High Net Worth customers. The role develops and executes data-driven acquisition and usage strategies, working closely with internal business units and external partners to strengthen the luxury community ecosystem, increase member spending across Siam Piwat destinations, and unlock new revenue opportunities while reinforcing JAI by ONESIAM as a world-class luxury lifestyle community.
Responsibilities:
Drive Member Acquisition Strategy and Growth
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand the Young High Net Worth member base.
- Identify and acquire qualified prospects through strategic partnerships, referrals, luxury brands, and curated networks.
Drive Member Usage, Activation and Commercial Performance
- Develop member activation initiatives that increase visits, engagement and spending across Siam Piwat destinations.
- Analyze member behaviors and design personalized engagement programs to stimulate repeat usage.
- Partner with malls, luxury brands and business units to create exclusive offers and experiences that generate commercial value.
Portfolio Analytics, Customer Insights and Strategy Development
- Analyze member portfolio, spending behavior, lifestyle segmentation and campaign performance.
- Generate actionable insights to improve acquisition, activation and retention strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Strategic Partnership Development
- Work closely with Luxury, CRM, Marketing, Shopping Malls, Digital, Data Analytics and Business Development teams to execute member initiatives.
- Collaborate with luxury brands, strategic partners and ecosystem stakeholders to deliver exclusive member privileges.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of strategic projects supporting JAI business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, Luxury Brand Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Retail, Luxury Retail, CRM, Customer Strategy, Commercial, Brand Management, Product Management, Membership, or Business Development.
- Proven experience in developing customer acquisition, loyalty, membership, or commercial growth strategies within premium retail, luxury brands, lifestyle, hospitality, or related industries.
- Experience working with affluent, luxury, VIP, or High Net Worth customer segments, with a strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and behaviors.
- Experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders and external business partners.
