This candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool. In addition, the UI/UX Designer will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work cross-functionally with design and business to identify problems and solutions; including design, product, content, and marketing in a collaborative effort to share and implement research and user experience insights.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
- Sketching and ideation, and the ability to articulate concepts and ideas.
- Work with a user experience researcher to plan and execute studies to better understand the customer, get feedback on directions and concepts, and validate designs.
- Through research understands the consumer journey and is able to identify the best touch points and design approach.
- Encourage and operate UX workshop and design thinking.
- Create personas, user flows, and wireframes, as well as prototypes of different levels of fidelity If needed, facilitate workshops with stakeholders to support an inclusive design process.
- Visualize and prototype design concepts at varying levels of fidelity.
- Conduct interviews, user research, and usability testing.
- Explore analytics data to inform our understanding of customer behavior.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience creating user experience, user interfaces, websites, or mobile applications.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility and organization skills.
- Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret user needs and translate them into requirements.
- A team player that enjoys a collaborative design process.
- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) would be advantage..
- Must be organized, analytical, dynamic and able to cope with stress.
