Job Descriptions :
- Work cross-functionally with product owner, internal business, and business analyst to define content requirements and strategy that best achieve business goals.
- Provides leadership on UX project team efforts to ensure content and design meet business objectives and user needs.
- Writes and edits content that meets project goals and end user needs.
- Persuade people with microcopy everything from text buttons and menus to labels, error messages and more.
- Works with other departments as needed to ensure the content strategy is effectively implemented across channels.
- Ensures online content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a technical writing, digital content or similar role.
- Minimum of 1 year experience creating user experience, user interfaces, websites, or mobile applications.
- A passion for the challenge of writing within space constraints.
- Highly creative and collaborative, relentlessly focused on the user experience, and able to clearly articulate how and why to add personality to UI text.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, proofreading and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret user needs and translate them into requirements.
- A team player that enjoys a collaborative design process.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Must be organized, analytical, dynamic and able to cope with stress.
- Have experience on financial or banking services would be advantage.
