Key responsibilities:

**Content Creation:

  • Produce engaging content related to game features, updates, events, and community highlights (e.g., tips, memes, reels, short videos).
  • Localize and adapt promotional materials and game updates into relevant, culturally appropriate content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing goals and game strategies.
  • Monitor gaming trends and player feedback to create timely and relevant content.

**Line Chat Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for players via LINE, providing fast, friendly, and effective support.
  • Address player inquiries, technical issues, and feedback with a professional and helpful tone.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Track recurring issues and player concerns to help improve the overall support experience.

Requirement:

  • Strong passion for gaming and deep understanding of mobile game communities is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and warmly.
  • Creative mindset with basic content creation or editing experience (memes, social media posts, videos).
  • Familiarity with LINE or other instant messaging platforms used for customer service.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Thai, basic English proficiency for internal team communication.

Prefer Qualification:

  • Experience in content creation, community management, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of content tools like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop.
  • Prior involvement in gaming forums or fan communities.
