Job Description
- User retention and core user management
- Deep understanding of in-app content and user dynamics
- Provide suggestions and insights on content and feature localization to the operations team
- Conduct competitive analysis and promptly report competitors strategies and actions
- Stay on top of local current events and provide timely feedback when trending topics arise
Job Requirements
- Passionate about voice social products
- Some experience in internet products and a clear understanding of operations
- Highly sensitive to in-app trends, able to promptly grasp key user movements and mediate user conflicts when necessary
- Proactive at work, strong communication skills, logical thinking, and a good-tempered personality
- Creative, active thinking, and full of ideas
- Bachelor's degree or above
