- Response to repair and preventive maintenance.
- Development and implementation of plant standards and best practices programs applicable to the design, operation, and maintenance of Mechanical Utilities.
- Responsibility for the efficient and cost effective management of utilities for the site.
- Communication with plant maintenance, utility operators, and other plant departments on Mechanical Utilities initiatives and issues.
- Planning and monitoring Preventive maintenance
- Support and repair of facility and utility system.
- Develop machine to increase efficiency
- Control external source services agency
- Analyzing of Facility and utility problem
- Support job order from all departments
- Comply with company safety program and trainings.
- Ability to work weekends or holidays

- Ages not over 30 year and Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechnical Engineering preferred
- More than 2 years for Facility and utility maintenance experiences in manufacturing , it is advantage
- Experience for energy saving more than 1 year
- Strong AutoCAD background
- Knowledge of Other Mechanical Utilities systems (Compressed Air, Vacuum, Hydraulics)
- Project management including construction management
- Basic knowledge of construction standards
- Strong Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001, 5S
- Good command of written and spoken English and computer skills
