What You'll Do

As our Utility Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Sustainability Programs Develop 5-year energy and water sustainability plans with the regional team.
  • Execute Projects and Deliver Results Manage CAPEX/OPEX utility and SiG projects with clear timelines and budgets while ensuring adherence to company's standards.
  • Optimize Energy Systems & Reporting Ensure accurate performance tracking via Enablon, metering systems (BMS, EMS, PME), and lead regular reviews to keep targets on track.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Impact Collaborate with HR, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to deliver efficient, compliant, and cost-effective utilities and small-scale projects.
  • Own MOM System Deployment Lead the implementation and adoption of the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) system to support daily operations and Q&FS requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 510 years in energy management, maintenance, or engineering within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong project management, utility systems expertise, and sustainability leadership.
  • Problem-solving, planning, communication, and the ability to manage ambiguity and influence across functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), fluency in English, and experience working with CMMS, PM systems, and multi-stakeholder teams.
