Location: Rayong, Thailand
Responsibilities:
Utility System Operations:
- Conduct routine inspections of Boiler, Demineralization (Demin), Domestic, and Effluent water plants, promptly identifying and reporting any abnormalities to the Shift Engineer/In-charge.
- Accurately monitor and record various operating parameters for all utility systems.
- Perform essential water quality analyses (Demin, Boiler, Drinking, Effluent water, and Steam) and manage chemical preparation and dosing to maintain optimal water quality.
Turbine Generator (TG) & High-Pressure Boiler Operations:
- Inspect the TG plant and its cooling water systems, reporting issues and collaborating with the Utility Shift In-charge on corrective actions.
- Execute chemical analysis for cooling water and boiler water, preparing solutions and controlling dosing rates to ensure water quality standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of plant parameters, raw material usage, power generation, consumption, and export data, inputting information into the computer network.
General Utility Support:
- Oversee operations of the Demineralization water plant and general water treatment processes.
Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a High Vocational Certificate in a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in utility operations (for Bachelor's degree holders).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in utility operations (for High Vocational Certificate holders).
- Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of Boiler and Turbine Generator operations.
- Computer Skills:Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language:Basic proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts.
- Reliable transportation for work in Rayong.
