Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Journey Designer to craft seamless user flows and communication journeys for our mobile application. In this role, you will transform complex information into clear, intuitive experiences that truly resonate with customers. Working closely with UX/UI teams, and cross-functional partners, you will shape strategic direction, define the right mood and tone, and ensure every touchpoint delivers clarity, value, and delight. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer-centric design and creating meaningful digital experiences, with the level depending on your experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for digital investment platforms, ensuring seamless user experience across devices.
  • Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve design and usability.
  • Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and accessibility standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends, fintech innovations, and competitor platforms to drive design excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, including research, wireframes, UI design, and prototypes.
  • Knowledge of UX methodologies, design thinking, usability principles, and responsive design.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services, e-commerce, or complex digital products is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for creating meaningful user experiences.
