Key Responsibility:
- Understand the User Partner with product owners, researchers, and data analysts to uncover user needs, pain points, and motivations through interviews, analytics, and usability testing.
- Design with Purpose Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that balance user experience, aesthetics, and business impact.
- Data-Driven Decisions Leverage user research, usability tests, and analytics to validate design decisions and iterate for improvement.
- Collaborate Across Teams Work hand-in-hand with developers, UX writers, and data scientists to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and aligned with the product vision.
- Maintain Consistency Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring a unified visual language across all platforms.
- Stay Ahead Keep up with UX/UI trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry innovations to introduce fresh, effective ideas.
- Iterate & Improve Regularly refine designs based on feedback, test results, and business insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in product-focused environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process from research insights to final UI.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent communication skills able to explain design rationale clearly to non-design audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to create designs that are both beautiful and practical.
- (Bonus) Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or enterprise-scale platforms.
