We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer/UX/UI Manager to join our growing team at Salary Hero's head office in Bangkok.
You will be working directly with our senior founding team across Product and Technology, helping to design and develop our user experience and interface across our mobile application and web product.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business and Product Teams throughout the design process. This includes creating research protocols, personas, scenarios, TO BE user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and building user interface prototypes.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, transforming complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs.
- Engage in product exploration to assess existing products for usefulness, usability, visual design, content, and branding.
- Lead user research initiatives, including user interviews, expert interviews, observations, card sorting, A/B testing, secondary research, and design thinking workshops.
- Analyze, synthesize, and organize research data into meaningful themes, categories, and visually compelling frameworks and behavioral models.
- Maintain a comprehensive design system, including style guides that cover brand identity systems, typography, iconography, photography, color, and other elements to ensure a consistent user experience across all products.
- Design and conduct usability testing sessions, and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of design solutions and adherence to design specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and innovation of design solutions.
- Create and maintain design documentation to ensure clear communication and consistency across the design team and other stakeholders.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and practices within the organization to ensure that user needs are prioritized throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow their skills and expertise.
- Facilitate cross-functional design workshops to foster collaboration and innovation across teams.
Qualification
- 5+ years experience in UX/UI Design, ideally working in a start-up environment and/or financial products related role
- Experience in designing start-to-finish user journeys and bringing concept from ideation through to finalised design
- Background in use of relevant design tools incl. Figma, Miro and project management tools like Jira
- Nice to have experience with rolling out products and user experiences in Thailand
- Nice to have experience in Design Thinking
- Nice to have experience in Service Design
