Job Summary
ttb is seeking a passionate and experienced UX/UI Designer to inspire our digital product design team in driving intuitive and impactful internal solutions.
You will be responsible for guiding the end-to-end design process from research and conceptualization to visual design and prototyping while ensuring consistency with our design language and user-centered principles. Working closely with UX writers, researchers, developers, and product stakeholders, you will help define design strategy and lead the creation of seamless and scalable user experiences.
Job description
- Collaborate with UX Writers, Researchers, and Product Owners to define user problems, shape user journeys, and deliver holistic solutions.
- Create and maintain high-quality wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.
- Ensure the consistency of design elements through the use of design systems and help evolve them as needed.
- Lead or facilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional design discussions.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into elegant and functional design solutions.
- Participate in usability testing sessions and leverage feedback to iterate and improve user experiences.
- Contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap of product development from a design perspective.
- Advocate for UX best practices and user-centered thinking within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
- Experience in UX/UI Design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
- Proven experience leading design initiatives and mentoring junior designers.
- Strong skills in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Ability to turn complex problems into simple and intuitive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with the financial or banking domain is a strong advantage.
