- Run advanced diagnostics. Use specialized scan tools to read fault codes and isolate system errors.
- Trace electrical faults. Read wiring diagrams to locate shorts, broken circuits, and sensor failures.
- Evaluate mechanical issues. Inspect engines, transmissions, and drivetrains to pinpoint wear or failure.
- Isolate fluid leaks. Pressure-test cooling, braking, and steering systems to locate fluid containment failures.
Repair & Component Replacement
- Overhaul major assemblies. Remove, rebuild, or replace faulty engines, gearboxes, and transmissions.
- Service braking systems. Replace worn brake pads, resurface rotors, and bleed hydraulic lines.
- Fix suspension components. Install new shock absorbers, struts, ball joints, and steering linkages.
- Maintain HVAC units. Recharge refrigerant, replace cabin filters, and repair climate control actuators.
