Collaborate with business teams to define and implement requirements for middle-mile agent subcontractors for Fulfillment Planning (Manpower)
Oversee the communication process with subcontractors to ensure clarity and alignment.
Manage vendor performance through effective oversight and evaluation.
Establish and maintain a vendor performance tracking system, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and implementing penalties when necessary.
Lead mid to large-scale projects aimed at enhancing vendor performance and driving cost efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Supply chain , Business Administration , Economics, or relevant fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistic, Sub-contractor management or related field
Strong communication skills and stakeholders management
Proven leadership skills
Proficiency in Google workspace
Can do attitude and able to work in fast paced environment
