Looking for professionals from Telecom industry having strong experience in Delivery management and stakeholder management.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Bilingual Expertise: Fully fluent in Thai & English (Mandatory).
• Contract Governance: Deep experience in SLA tracking, liability protection, and 3rd-party vendor obligations.
• Telecom BSS Domain: Expertise across Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed, IPTV, and B2B lines of business.
• Structured Escalation: Proven ability to manage Tier 1–3 escalation frameworks with formal evidence packs.
• Integration Leadership: Experience managing the 3-party delivery model (Supplier – External Systems – Purchaser).
• Program Governance: Skilled in managing Integration Registers, White Space Logs, and RAG-status reporting.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in large-scale SI-led telecom transformations.

An essential leadership role acting as the primary interface to ecosystem partners and driving go-live readiness for a massive BSS overhaul.
