Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Vendor Delivery Manager to join a large-scale telecom BSS transformation programme in Bangkok. This role will act as the primary System Integrator (SI) interface for ecosystem partners and external systems, ensuring seamless coordination, vendor accountability, and delivery excellence across multiple business lines including Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed, IPTV, and B2B.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for vendor and external system issues, ensuring structured escalation with proper documentation.
- Manage the three-party delivery model (Supplier External Systems Purchaser).
- Track vendor deliverables, contracts, and SLA compliance across all transformation streams.
- Lead Integration Status Reviews and maintain RAG-based milestone tracking.
- Drive Tier 3 escalations with proper evidence and governance compliance.
- Ensure all deliverables (APIs, interface documents, testing, go-live readiness) align with the programme plan.
- Identify and resolve integration gaps (white spaces) across vendors and systems.
- Coordinate vendor participation in cutover, hypercare, and BAU handover activities.
- Act as a bilingual liaison (Thai & English) across stakeholders and partners.
Required Experience
- 14+ years in vendor/partner management, contract governance, and IT delivery.
- Experience in large-scale telecom BSS transformation programmes.
- Strong exposure to multi-party SI delivery models.
- Proven expertise in structured escalation management (Tier 1Tier 3).
- Solid understanding of telecom domains: Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed, IPTV, B2B.
- Experience managing governance artefacts such as:
- Integration Register
- Escalation Register
- 3P Engagement Tracker
- White Space Resolution Log
Skills Required
- Strong vendor governance & contract management skills (SLA, compliance, escalation).
- Excellent stakeholder management across SI, client, and vendors.
- Bilingual communication skills (Thai & English) mandatory.
- Strong risk and issue management (RAID) expertise.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Excel.
Additional Requirements
- Thai national or fluent Thai speaker (mandatory).
- Ability to work onsite in Bangkok.
- Strong leadership and program-level communication skills.
