Betagro Ventures is Betagro Group's corporate venture building and venture capital arm. We are on a mission to create USD 1Bn in enterprise value by 2030 for Betagro Group, through establishing & scaling new ventures that accelerate our communities access to better quality, more safe and fair priced foods.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage Betagro Group's leadership team to define Betagro Ventures investment strategy and thesis
- Develop and manage investment pipeline, conduct start-up due diligence and valuations, and lead transaction execution
- Actively manage key relationships with portfolio companies and supporting them on operational, financial and growth opportunities
- Actively lead strategic partnership opportunities between portfolio companies and core businesses across Betagro Group
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or e-commerce/ platform-based technology companies
- Strong analytical, financial modeling and valuation skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and hands-on problem-solving mentality
- Strong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and ability to engage with senior business leaders
- Experience with and understanding of agile methodologies and design thinking is highly preferred
- Track record and experience of incubating and scaling new businesses is highly preferred
