We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and hands-on generalist to support key business projects across International Markets.

This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, managing projects, and getting things done. You will work across different teams and markets to support business improvement, special projects, reporting, process improvement, and new initiatives.

The ideal candidate has around 2–3 years of experience, preferably from a management trainee program, consulting, startup, e-commerce, FMCG, or fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Special Projects & Execution
  • Support business leaders on key strategic and operational projects.
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams from planning to execution.
  • Break down business problems into clear action plans, timelines, and next steps.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress and remove blockers where possible.
2. Business Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze business performance across markets, channels, and functions.
  • Use data to identify issues, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Prepare clear reports, trackers, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Turn data into practical insights and recommendations.
3. Process Improvement
  • Review existing ways of working and suggest improvements.
  • Help improve reporting formats, templates, trackers, and operating routines.
  • Create simple playbooks or documentation to make execution more consistent.
  • Identify repetitive work that can be simplified, automated, or improved.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with teams across different markets and functions.
  • Help align priorities, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify best practices from one team or market and help share them with others.
  • Support management in keeping teams focused and accountable.
5. New Tools, AI & Productivity
  • Learn and test new tools that can improve business productivity.
  • Support practical AI adoption across teams where relevant.
  • Help teams use tools more effectively for research, reporting, analysis, documentation, and project management.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of working experience.
  • Experience in management trainee programs, consulting, startups, e-commerce, FMCG, business operations, or project management is a plus.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and business analysis.
  • Good project management and follow-up skills.
  • Able to structure problems clearly and communicate simply.
  • Comfortable preparing reports, trackers, and presentations.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
