The role of
Verification Specialist is responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result. This position will report directly to Production Manager
What Will You Do
Conduct screening verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing resources and databases
- Phone conversations with university and company representatives
- Phone interviews with references
- Interviewing resources on pretext to gather deeper information
- Analysis of information obtained
- Depth of media search analysis
- Writing comprehensive reports
Who We Need
- High level of integrity
- Thai Nationality
- Minimum Diploma degree
- Some work experience in a related field or as a call center operator or in HR especially as Recruiter but fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Persuasive communication skills
- Deadline-oriented
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willing to be based in Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Wattana)
- Must be able to multitask
- Able to be flexible on job scope evolution
