Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the operations of the Pet Knowledge Center to achieve organizational strategic objectives.
- Deliver and share pet care knowledge with employees, customers, business partners, and other stakeholders to enhance pet care awareness and understanding.
- Develop and disseminate educational content, including articles, videos, activities, and seminars, to create a positive impact on target audiences.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external organizations, such as industry associations, educational institutions, and business partners, on collaborative projects and initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate special events and activities, including dog shows and other pet-related events.
- Support research and innovation projects aimed at developing products and solutions that meet the needs of pets and pet owners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordination, corporate communications, public relations, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of, or passion for, pets and the ability to communicate technical or scientific information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
- Detail-oriented, well-presented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel and work flexible hours as required by business needs.
