Strategic Financial Leadership
- Define and drive the company's corporate finance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead strategic planning for financial growth, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and shareholder value.
- Advise the CFO and executive leadership on capital structure, investment strategies, funding, and risk management.
Financial Planning & Performance
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the organization and business units.
- Ensure efficient allocation of financial resources to support business initiatives and market expansion.
- Monitor key financial metrics including ROI, EBITDA, CAPEX, working capital, and ensure alignment with performance targets.
Corporate Finance & Investment
- Supervise all corporate finance activities including debt and equity financing, M&A transactions, and CAPEX evaluation.
- Lead financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and strategic recommendations for potential investments and partnerships.
- Ensure best practices in financial analysis, capital budgeting, and investment appraisal.
Business Finance Partnering
- Collaborate closely with business units (domestic and international) to support financial decision-making and drive profitability.
- Provide commercial insights through data analysis to optimize pricing, margins, and operating efficiencies.
- Evaluate financial performance by geography or business line to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Financial Governance & Reporting
- Ensure financial policies, controls, and compliance frameworks are effectively implemented.
- Oversee accurate and timely reporting to senior management, executive committees, and the Board of Directors.
- Lead the development of executive dashboards and KPIs for organizational performance monitoring.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and lead finance teams across FP&A, business finance, and investment functions.
- Develop organizational capability in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture and promote cross-functional collaboration.
Other Responsibilities
- Manage OPEX efficiency across finance functions.
- Mitigate financial and operational risk through proactive risk management strategies.
- Lead or contribute to transformation projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), investment management, or strategic finance.
- Proven track record in managing multi-functional finance teams and leading strategic financial initiatives.
- Background in FMCG or international business environment is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, capital structuring, financial governance, and performance measurement.
