Role Summary
Lead the enterprise-wide digital and AI transformationdefining strategy, modernizing platforms, and delivering measurable value across commercial and factory operationswhile ensuring security, privacy, scalability, and strong governance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set the multi-year Digital, Data & AI strategy and portfolio roadmap, own benefits realization.
- Champion change management and executive/stakeholder alignment across countries and functions.
- Own enterprise architecture standards and target state across ERP, BI/analytics, CDP, e-commerce, and integration.
- Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Build and scale data platforms and BI; drive insight-to-impact use cases.
- Lead AI/ML implementation (e.g., chatbots, automation), establish MLOps and responsible-AI practices.
- Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure), security, resilience/DR, performance, and FinOps.
- Own cybersecurity posture, privacy compliance, policies/controls, audits, and incident response.
- Direct ERP & BI rollouts across countries (template governance, migration, cutover, hyper care).
- Integrate e-commerce platforms with CRM/OMS/payments; enable omnichannel capability.
- Chair portfolio and architecture governance; prioritize investments and manage risk.
- Run Agile program/portfolio management (PMO) with clear scope, budgets, dependencies, KPIs.
- Hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams; build succession.
- Manage strategic partners (hyperscale's, SIs, startups) and negotiate SLAs.
- Collaborate with factory & commercial leaders to digitize end-to-end processes and improve customer outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required
- 10+ years in IT/Digital leadership with enterprise impact
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering or related field.
- Proven digital & AI transformation and change leadership
- Modern data & application platforms (ERP, analytics/BI, CDP) and enterprise integration/architecture
- Cloud & infrastructure at scale (AWS/Azure), reliability, security
- Cybersecurity & privacy compliance
- AI/ML from pilot to production with measurable business outcomes
- IT governance, risk & Agile portfolio delivery across functions and countries
- Senior stakeholder & partner management
Preferred
- Experience with e-commerce/omnichannel and leading multicultural teams
