Vice President of Distribution Center

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the operations of bonded warehouses in Bang Bo and Klong Chao, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
• Develop and enhance warehouse infrastructure to support the expansion of retail stores and sales growth.
• Plan and manage distribution center operations efficiently.
• Coordinate and oversee warehouse teams to ensure seamless collaboration and goal achievement.
• Optimize warehouse infrastructure to align with company strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve storage and distribution processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and relevant legal requirements.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and workforce allocations for distribution centers.
• Approve budgets and expenditures within company-authorized limits.
• Manage warehouse space to accommodate specified inventory levels.
• Oversee product distribution volumes in line with SLA requirements.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency to minimize storage and distribution costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• At least 5 years of expertise in customs regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership experience in personnel and team management.
• Excellent planning, management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.
