Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Equity Storytelling
- Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business goals and enhances shareholder value.
- Craft and maintain a compelling equity story and investment thesis, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, analyst reports, and investor sentiment to proactively advise senior management (CFO/CEO) on capital market dynamics and shareholder concerns.
2. Investor & Analyst Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community (institutional investors, retail investors, and sell-side/buy-side analysts).
- Proactively build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key existing and potential investors.
- Plan, manage, and attend all investor-facing events, including quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows (domestic and international), and the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Target and attract new quality investors (e.g., long-term, institutional) that align with the company's strategic investor base plan.
3. Communication & Material Development
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, accurate, and impactful investor communication materials, including the Annual Report (One Report), investor presentations, press releases, and Q&A documents.
- Manage the content of the Investor Relations section of the company website, ensuring all information is accurate, transparent, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Corporate Communications) to ensure consistency and accuracy of all external-facing information.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with all Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations regarding disclosure and reporting.
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and dissemination of all financial disclosures, reports, and public announcements.
- Monitor and report on shareholder base movements, trading activity, analyst consensus, and market perception to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Core Experience & Knowledge
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets.
- Company Background: Proven track record in a senior IR role, preferably with a large, publicly listed company. Experience with SET50 companies is highly preferred.
- Capital Markets Expertise: Deep understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, valuation methods, and financial modeling.
- Financial Acumen: Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data, accounting principles, and business strategies effectively.

- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Presentation: Superior presentation skills with the proven ability to create and deliver compelling narratives to sophisticated financial audiences.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build trust, credibility, and strong relationships with senior executives, investors, and analysts.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SET/SEC disclosure rules and corporate governance standards.
Education & Personal Attributes
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): A Master's degree (MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a significant advantage.
