Vice President, Revenue & Guest Experience (Open to relocation)

Our client a renowned hospitality MNC is going through their next phase of growth. As such, they are seeking a VP of Revenue & Guest Experience to drive commercial performance of all retail, merchandising, and food & beverage businesses.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial and operational performance of the business to drive profitability and enhance the overall customer experience
• Develop and execute merchandising, product assortment, and inventory strategies that optimise sales performance
• Oversee F&B operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth across multiple concepts
• Drive business planning, financial management, and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve margins, and support strategic decision-making

Key Requirements:

• Extensive leadership experience managing large-scale commercial operations within hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment, or related industries
• Demonstrated success in overseeing multi-unit businesses with full P&L accountability
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop growth strategies, optimise revenue streams, and improve operational performance
• Track record in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments
