Job Description:
Statrys is seeking an Entry-Level Video and Content Creation Specialist to support our dynamic marketing team. If you're passionate about video production, have a creative flair, and are eager to start your career in digital marketing, this position is for you!
As part of the video team, you will help produce engaging content for Statrys channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support video producers by organizing footage, editing drafts, and managing digital assets.
- Provide creative insights and assist in the execution of video projects.
- Keep post-production areas organized and prepared for use.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for video shoots.
- Support in scheduling content to be published on our communication channels
- Perform additional tasks related to video production as directed.
- Providing content ideas to help build our online presence
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fresh graduate from the bachelor's degree in Video Production, Communications, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.
- Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Ability to manage basic lighting, audio, and camera setup for small-scale shoots.
- Detail-oriented with a strong interest in digital media, content creation, filmmaking, or visual storytelling.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable Skills / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Photoshop or alternative photo editing software for creating Youtube thumbnails.
- Experience posting/publishing content on Youtube and LinkedIn.
