Hampton Marketing is a Phuket-based social and creative agency working with hospitality, F&B, real estate, and lifestyle brands across Thailand. We're hiring a graphic designer/video editor who can take brand direction and turn it into work that stops the scroll - and who can bring things to life with motion.

What you'll do

- Design social posts, carousels, stories, menus, posters, and campaign assets

- Cut reels and short-form video for social media, and paid ads

- Build motion graphics and animation in After Effects: titles, transitions, logo stings, animated type

- Apply brand guidelines consistently across every output

- Work alongside strategists and social managers to move ideas from concept to live

- Keep files, templates, and project folders organised

- Take feedback and turn revisions around fast

What you bring

- A portfolio showing design, editing, and motion work - this matters more than your CV

- 1–2 years experience, though a strong portfolio speaks louder than a timeline

- Adobe Creative Suite, with real After Effects ability (not just presets)

- A genuine eye for layout, colour, typography, and rhythm

- Instinct for what performs on each platform, and why

- The ability to hold several brands and deadlines at once without dropping either

The details

- Full-time, on-site in Phuket

- 1 remote work day per week

- ฿25,000–40,000 per month, depending on portfolio and experience
