Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Video Editor & Camera Operator with over 7 years of professional experience in video production. The ideal candidate is an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and possesses strong camera operation skills, with a deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing. This role requires both technical precision and creative vision to deliver outstanding video content that aligns with our brand's direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, interviews, events, and promotional materials.
  • Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve cinematic results.
  • Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and apply color grading, sound mixing, and visual transitions to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, directors, and motion graphic designers to produce cohesive and engaging video content.
  • Manage the entire video production process from pre-production and shooting to post-production and delivery.
  • Organize and maintain video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and proper file management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest editing techniques, camera technologies, and creative trends.
  • Provide guidance or mentorship to junior videographers and editors when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in film production, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in video editing and camera operation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Audition is a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.), lenses, and lighting setups.
  • Excellent understanding of cinematic composition, framing, and camera movement.
  • Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multi-camera productions, live event coverage, and studio setups.
  • Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
  • Drone operation or photography experience is a plus.
