Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok City, Thailand, for a Visa and Workpermit Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing visa and work permit processes, including application preparation, submission, and follow-up for employees. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local immigration regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation, coordinating with relevant government authorities, and providing support to employees regarding visa and work permit-related inquiries. The role requires maintaining consistent communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with visa application, work permit procedures, and immigration compliance regulations
- Organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with employees, government authorities, and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges in visa or permit processes
- Proficiency in Thai and English language is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of labor laws in Thailand or prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related field is advantageous
