We're hiring: Visual Merchandiser
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop effective in-store visual presentation to align with brand identity, target audience, and commercial goals
- Create and deliver clear seasonal VM Guidelines, signage usage standards, and layout plans for execution across stores
- Lead VM training sessions and knowledge sharing for internal staff and field teams
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage production and installation of display materials; solve issues related to material specs, timelines, and budgets
- Work closely with brand, store operations, and marketing teams to execute and adapt VM plans based on campaign or store needs
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and operate under tight timelines
- Develop visual proposals, reports, and sketches to support VM and display planning
- Stay updated on global VM trends, retail innovations, and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure flawless implementation of VM plans and display launches within deadline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field
- Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in retail VM for fast fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or sports brands
- Proficient in 2D software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of 3D visualization (SketchUp, 3D Max) is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge in production and installation process related to VM and display
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Positive mindset, team-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
- Willing to travel nationwide for store setup and new openings
- Portfolio submission and test assignment required during interview process
