Key Responsibilities

VISUAL MERCHANDISING EXECUTION & OPERATION

  • Plan, prepare and implementation regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with cross functional departments
  • Ensure a clear communication, understanding and execution of Visual guidelines and local directives
  • Understand the corporate business strategies and disseminate necessary information to local key stakeholders
  • Ensure retail excellence and quality execution in line with the global guidelines and optimized client journey to maximize sales revenue and best in class execution

VM SET-UP & REPORTS

• Implement visual guidelines throughout all categories within the store assortment, applying global directives according to local market needs.

• Integrate the newness on display upon receipt and update display regularly based on sales trend after discussion with store manager & department managers.

• Liaise with SAP Regional VM team to seek advice on VM change and amend change according to feedback if any.

• Plan the VM zoning proposal after discussion with Store team/Merch team prior to the monthly VM rotation.

• Review VM rotation with SM/Department managers and fine-tune VM based on store feedback if any.

• Prepare photo reports for submission to SAP Regional VM including to:

➢ Display rotation monthly basis.

➢ Ad-hoc VM update

➢ Product launch/special projects

➢ VM action taken based on store feedback.

➢ Category focus updates

➢ Window & Duratrans installation

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Store Opening & Layout improvement work

  • Partner with Store planning and Regional VM team to ensure all VM aspects are anticipated for projects (renovations, openings, pop ups/ins etc)
  • Initiate the store layout improvement to maximize the opportunity of a better visual representation
  • Coordinate and organize the process of the opening setup

Main Window

  • Coordinate with the regional office and local suppliers for the production and installation
  • Manage the process of review to compare the production cost with procurement manager/regional VM
  • Create proposals of products by cooperation with Merchandising team base on corporate guideline

Duratrans

  • Manage the seasonal ADV campaign assets printing, roll out and installation

Special event & in-store activation

  • Working closely with local Client engagement, Retail and Merchandising team to plan the event proposal

Key Requirements

  • Experienced Minimum 8-10 years in Visual Merchandising with a proven background within both a creative and a strategic visual role
  • Agile and Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experienced in multiple VM projects such as offsite event, in-store activation, window, and store opening
  • Experienced in training and developing others
  • Comfortable with ever changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience shaping point of view with information and opinions from various sources.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and across different cultures and management styles.
  • Candidate should be open to regular travel as needed within the market to support the visual team as needed.
  • Must be flexible with hours of work and available for adhoc overnights and weekends to meet urgent deadlines
