Develop and execute creative VM strategies, including store design, VM calendars, and display execution to drive sales and brand visibility
Design attractive window displays and mannequin styling to enhance brand image and draw customer attention
Prepare new store and pop-up store openings, including visual setup and display implementation
Provide VM guidelines, coaching, and training to store managers, sales staff, and retail teams to ensure VM standards are maintained
Contribute to the development and implementation of seasonal and thematic visual merchandising concepts
Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to deliver visual displays that support CPN's multi-brand concept stores, brand image, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related field
At least five years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry
Experience in multi-brand retail stores is an advantage
Proficiency in visual design programs and a strong portfolio is preferred
Proven experience in executing visual merchandising initiatives, including window displays, store decoration, and campaign installations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
