Responsibilities
Architecture, Strategy & Governance
- Own the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and longterm technology roadmap.
- Establish architecture governance, design review forums, and alignment across business, product, and engineering.
- Drive modular, APIfirst, cloudnative architecture enabling rapid innovation and longterm scale.
Enterprise & Solution Architecture
- Lead endtoend architecture across core banking, digital channels, data, integration, cloud, and security.
- Oversee solution architecture for onboarding, payments, lending, deposits, KYC/AML, and reporting.
AI/ML Strategy & Product Innovation
- Define and execute the AI strategy, combining personalization, generative agents, and financial intelligence.
- Deliver intelligent onboarding, dynamic trading/financial guidance, and personalized learning journeys.
- Build multilingual, selflearning AI customer support systems serving millions with zero friction.
- Explore AI Web3 opportunities (agentic finance, AIgenerated communities) with responsible AI guardrails.
Information Security, Cyber Risk & Compliance
- Lead the full information security and IT risk management program.
- Maintain and enhance ISMS frameworks (ISO27001/27002, NIST, COBIT); run audits and risk assessments.
- Oversee threat monitoring, incident response, postincident reviews, and mitigation planning.
- Ensure securebydesign practices and compliance with PDPA and banking regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear, strategic risk updates and security roadmaps to executive leadership.
Leadership, People & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as senior advisor on architecture, AI/ML, and security across executive and product teams.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams: enterprise, solution, data, cloud, security architects + AI/ML scientists.
- Drive engineering excellence, governance discipline, and a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or similar.
- 1215+ years in technology architecture with senior leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience in financial services, digital banking, or regulated industries.
- Strong background building and scaling AI/ML or LLM teams and delivering production AI systems.
- 810 years in information security with ISMS ownership, audits, incident response, and regulatory interaction.
- Expertise in TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks.
- Strong in cloud architecture, microservices, APIs, data platforms, and securitybydesign.
- Deep knowledge of ISO/NIST/COBIT, PDPA, cyber defence tools, IDS, DRP, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud security.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and delivery discipline.
- Clear communicator and inspiring crossfunctional leader.
- High integrity, strong risk awareness, and comfort operating in fastmoving, transformationheavy environments.
- Talent magnet with a passion for scaling worldclass technical teams.
