Growing CBS (Non-Food) business portfolio via brand acquisition / franchising / distribution / licensing, or M&A of new brands.
Building and approving a regional expansion strategy for CBS with COO, Presidents and CEO outlining a 3 and 5 year plan of which segments and markets we plan to grow and how.
Maintaining market intelligence on global / local retail trends and identifying and pursuing new brands aligned with strategy.
Working with M&A teams and COO in identifying M&A opportunities that align to strategy and building business plan for acquisition.
Controlling the program for new brands and acquisitions for TH, VN, and MY, ensuring proper consultation with stakeholders, and timely approval with management for CBS, CRC, and CG.
Following up with brand principals on commercial and contractual terms and negotiate terms in line with Company expectations.
Preparing and reviewing new projects financial feasibilities to ensure viability and conducting presentations to management for their approval.
Building effective network and relationships across Central Group Business Units and external parties including potential principals.
Qualification
