Job Description
- Strategy Support and Execution
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies, including portfolio transformation and industry-focused growth initiatives
- Assist in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
- Monitor progress against key strategic initiatives and identify areas requiring intervention
- Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Coordinate across teams to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve turnaround times
- Support the implementation of best practices to enhance productivity
- AML and Governance Uplift
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, BRCM, AML and Compliance teams to support consistent application of AML standards and governance practices
- Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of AML-related matters
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policies, and controls in line with regulatory and Group requirements
- Promote awareness and adherence to AML and governance expectations through regular engagement with stakeholders
- Assist in monitoring key governance indicators and highlighting areas requiring further strengthening or intervention
