Job Description

  • Strategy Support and Execution
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies, including portfolio transformation and industry-focused growth initiatives
  • Assist in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Monitor progress against key strategic initiatives and identify areas requiring intervention
  • Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate across teams to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve turnaround times
  • Support the implementation of best practices to enhance productivity
  • AML and Governance Uplift
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers, BRCM, AML and Compliance teams to support consistent application of AML standards and governance practices
  • Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of AML-related matters
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policies, and controls in line with regulatory and Group requirements
  • Promote awareness and adherence to AML and governance expectations through regular engagement with stakeholders
  • Assist in monitoring key governance indicators and highlighting areas requiring further strengthening or intervention
