Job Description

We are seeking a driven Digital Banking manager to lead end-to-end feature development and management for Private Bank & Wealth capabilities on UOB TMRW and Personal Internet Banking - serving retail customers across the wealth continuum through seamless and reliable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute initiatives/enhancements for Private Banking business
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from business ideation and requirements gathering to implementation and feature launch
  • Translate business needs into clear business requirements that support scalability and evolving customer demands
  • Partner Business, Technology and Legal & Compliance stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time, within budget and aligned to KPIs
  • Support end-to-end feature delivery including process design, operating model setup, UAT, training (Contact Centre/Branch), rollout planning and production validation
  • Oversee day-to-day feature performance, ensuring a seamless and reliable customer experience
  • Manage customer issues and complaints, driving timely resolution and minimizing customer and business impact

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of Digital Banking, Digital Product Management experience
  • Strong understanding of Private Banking, wealth products and digital customer journeys
  • Experience delivering digital products and managing customer-facing capabilities
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a mindset to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital banking, mobile technologies, and industry trends
