Job Description

PRTR is hiring a Recruitment Senior Manager / Vice President / Associate Director to lead an executive level recruitment team(s) and play a key leadership role within our senior management group.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment leader who combines hands-on billing capability with strong coaching, P&L understanding, client ownership, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

The portfolio will be mixed and can be aligned to the successful candidate's background.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants and junior managers

Drive recruiter productivity, activity levels, and high job coverage

Build a high-performance, accountable team culture

Hire, train, and develop new recruiters

Client Relationship and Growth

Own and manage key client relationships

Drive client retention and deliver high service levels

Identify opportunities to expand accounts and open new business

Represent PRTR as a trusted recruitment partner to enterprise clients

Business and Operational Management

Manage team P&L performance (billing-focused leadership role)

Improve processes and optimise productivity across the team

Ensure accurate Bullhorn usage, data quality, and reporting

Collaborate with senior leaders on resource planning and strategy

Performance Expectations

Recruiter activity and productivity in line with expectations

Strong CV-to-interview ratios and time-to-fill efficiency

Consistent job coverage across all assigned roles

High client retention and satisfaction

Growth in new client acquisition and cross-selling

Strong data accuracy within Bullhorn and associated tools

Delivery of continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

8+ years of recruitment agency experience

Currently operating at Senior Manager, Associate Director, AVP, or VP level

Background in Finance, Engineering & Manufacturing, or mixed recruitment portfolios

Proven experience leading billing teams

Strong client-facing skills and ability to win and grow accounts

Thai or expatriate candidates welcome

Comfortable working onsite in Bangkok
