ROLE PURPOSE:
The Vice President, Investor Relations (VP IR) plays a strategically crucial role in leading and driving proactive investor relations plans to create value and attract investment for Betagro Group. This responsibility encompasses defining target investor groups, crafting a distinctive Equity Story and Key Messages for BTG shares, planning and executing both domestic and international roadshows, managing the shareholder structure for balance, enhancing the visibility and attractiveness of the shares to attract foreign investors, and managing communications during crises. The ultimate goal is to foster understanding, build trust, and maintain sustainable relationships with the investor community.

- NTS:Master's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communication, or a related field from a leading institut
