King Power is looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to strengthen IT Security Operations across the Company.
This role will lead the First Line of Defense, protecting critical systems across retail, POS, e-commerce, corporate platforms, infrastructure, cloud, and third-party environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Security Operations strategy, roadmap, and security architecture.
- Oversee SOC, SIEM, EDR/XDR, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM/PAM, cloud, network, application, endpoint, and data security.
- Manage major cybersecurity incidents from detection and containment through recovery and post-incident improvement.
- Ensure security controls are embedded in new technology projects and business initiatives.
- Drive vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, security configuration, and patch compliance.
- Manage MSSPs, security vendors, budgets, service levels, and technology investments.
- Partner with IT Governance & Compliance, Risk, Legal, Data Protection, Internal Audit, and business teams.
- Report cybersecurity risks, incidents, and improvement plans to senior management.
- Lead and develop the IT Security Operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, MIS, or related fields.
- 15+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity, including 7–10 years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience in Security Operations, SOC, Incident Response, Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, or Security Engineering.
- Experience managing critical or 24/7 technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of on-premise, cloud, network, application, identity, endpoint, and data security.
- Proven ability to manage teams, MSSPs, vendors, and cybersecurity budgets.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, COBIT, ITIL, PDPA, and relevant cybersecurity regulations.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or GIAC would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
